Before installing the plugin, make sure your store has the following:
- WordPress installed and working.
- WooCommerce installed and active.
- PHP 7.4 or newer.
- One WhatsApp provider account: WATI, Respond.io, or Meta Cloud API.
- Approved WhatsApp message templates inside your provider dashboard.
2. Installation
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Open Plugins → Add New.
- Click Upload Plugin.
- Select the plugin ZIP file.
- Click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin.
3. License Activation
After purchase, the thank you page will show your:
- License Email
- License Key
- Plugin Download Link
- Go to SlantFlow WhatsApp Automation → License.
- Enter the exact email used during purchase.
- Enter the license key shown on the thank you page.
- Click Activate License.
4. Provider Setup
WATI
- Login to your WATI dashboard.
- Copy your API Endpoint.
- Copy your API Token.
- In the plugin, select WATI as provider.
- Paste Endpoint and Token.
- Save settings.
Respond.io
- Login to Respond.io.
- Create or copy your API Token.
- Copy your WhatsApp Channel ID.
- Select Respond.io in the plugin.
- Paste Token and Channel ID.
- Save settings.
Meta Cloud API
- Go to Meta Developers.
- Open your WhatsApp app.
- Copy the Phone Number ID.
- Generate or create an Access Token.
- Select Meta Cloud API in the plugin.
- Paste Phone Number ID and Access Token.
- Save settings.
5. Template Setup
Each WooCommerce event has three settings:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Template Name | The exact template name from WATI, Respond.io, or Meta. |
| Language | The approved language code, such as ar or en_US. |
| Params Count | The number of variables used in your template. |

This means the plugin will send the first 5 parameters from the default order below.
6. Default Parameter Order
The plugin sends parameters in this fixed order:

Example Template Body
For this example, set Params Count = 5.
7. WooCommerce Events
You can configure templates for:
- New Order
- Processing Order
- Completed Order
- Refunded Order
- Cancelled Order
- Failed Order
- Abandoned Cart
- Review Follow-Up
8. Testing
- Activate the license.
- Select your provider.
- Add provider credentials.
- Add template name, language, and params count.
- Create a test WooCommerce order.
- Check the plugin logs.
- Confirm the WhatsApp message was delivered.
9. Troubleshooting
Meta Error: Number of parameters does not match
Your Params Count does not match the approved Meta template. Update Params Count to match the template variables.
Meta Error: Authentication Error
Your Access Token is invalid or expired. Generate a new token and update the plugin settings.
Message not sent
Check that the template name and language exactly match your provider dashboard.
License inactive
Use the same email address used during purchase. The license key is tied to that email.
